The New Grounding
Our guides and spirits informed us (summer 2018) that in the new energy of planet earth, an update was necessary to the grounding rituals used in most meditations. They supplied us with a new "grounding meditation". We decided to try this out in our workshops first before publishing it to a larger audience. We are now delighted to share with you that the feedback we received was unanimously very positive. Meditation experts have told us they find it easy, fast, effective and powerful.
